Where is my "Start menu" ???Wondering around the wonderful world of Internet I found the following picture --- www.microsoft.com/library/media/1033/windowsxp/images/using/accessibility/customizestartmenu1.jpg Then I click the "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" on my own PC and found something really weird ! As you can see in the that picture at Microsoft, there are two items under the "Start Menu" tab -- "Start menu" and "Classic Start menu" Mine ... only the "Classic Start menu" appears ! What is going on??? How to make it so that my "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" looks like the one in the picture?? Please help. Thanks!!

Now to restore the Start Menu Go to Start => Run and type in "regedit" {without the quotes} Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer In the right-hand pane, right-click on NoSimpleStartMenu and Modify its Value to decimal 0 [dword:00000000] Logoff and logon again (or restart) for the changes to take effect.
