How to disable System restore in Vista

Hi,

I am Working on Windows Vista.
I am trying to disable System restore programatically. Through web I
came to know that

System Restore in Vista ignores registry keys at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion
\SystemRestore
Changes to these keys in Vista will have no effect on how System
Restore functions.
These keys are there for backwards compatibility with some XP scripts.

Please can any help me how to disable and enable System Restrore
PROGRAMATICALLY USING C & WIN32 using registry keys.

This is an XP group, post to a Vista group, and one post on the same subject
per day is plenty.
