contacts list for MS outlook

How do I create a contacts list for MS outlook such as that found on the
contacts list on outlook express?, or better yet can I copy the contacts list
from Outlook express to MS OUTLOOK?, hint I am now using MS OUTLOOK for my
e-mails

The Outlook experts hang out in the microsoft.public.outlook
newsgroup, not here in a Windows XP one. You're much more likely to
get the answer you need there than here.

Version of Outlook in question?

File --> Import and Export?
