I am talking about the exact same thing.. not some alternative... however this is not supported by microsoft.. i read about this on a website and tried it.. and it worked but I dont like having eyecandy on my xp so I removed it. I think the best way to go is download http://desktop.google.com that gives you a sidebar very like the vista one. This is better than the other sidebars the other fellows mentioned.
