Interesting problem (locked files - ntfs)

You have a 2-pc LAN and you put some files in a shared folder (available
from network resources panel, Windows XP), say LanSharedFolder.
So I had some files stored (sent from pc 1 to pc 2) in it.

Then I made a new account in pc 2 (say Admin2), to use for specific
applications only.
In order to make those files available to the new user too I read from Help
Guide to drag and drop in SharedDocs.
So I moved the folder inside SharedDocs.
Now I got all folders and files locked.

Changing permissions I may access to subfolders but files are still locked
(ntfs drive, no partitions).
Access Denied (often also: the resource has not been created yet)
Probably if the folder was a regular local folder I wouldn't have any
problem, but I suspect that it is due to the fact that it was a network
resource. It's very bad, why does it work like this?
Thanks a lot

Actually the question was: how to unlock files under ntfs?
