Dictionary Thesauras

Does anyone no where I can download a data file with all the words in the
english language & also possibly a Thesauras. It must be a data file I can
download (or purchase on CD - not a program)

There is an oxford english dictionary on-line at http://www.oed.com
or an on-line thesaurus at http://thesaurus.reference.com
I dont know where you would find a word list for a dictionary
