What do you mean by "front page form"?  Do you mean an MS FrontPage form on
an intranet or internet?  Or do you mean a front page form (initial form)
when you open the database?

If you bind the form to the table and put a text box on the form bound to the
field you want to display that would do it.

Or you can use code also.  Post back if this is what you wanted to do.
