Can you use external changing databases with Access 2003?I need data from 3 external databases, with date variables being a
consideration. is there a way to set up access 2003 to pull timely or historical data from them without having to enter every number? You have some general options:
1) if the data in on your LAN, link to the tables in the external database 2) export the data from the other databases into a format that can be imported into or read by Access. To give you any specific help, we need a lot more detail of exctly what you want to do and whatyou are having trouble with. The
information changes daily on the Urchin report (reports on hits, sessions, pageviews) to monitor for "bad" links, pages, etc. & marketing effectiveness. The information on our demographic tracking also changes frequently depending upon season and marketing campaign. I need these figures to justify expenditures and to see where & when we need to make changes to our marketing strategies without having to enter data daily or purchasing more, expensive software.
