I have set the software up on my vista business laptop. However I do not seem to be able to find the Server Name that the Server Management Studio wants. The SQL server configuration manager does not show the Server name and I would expect to find it there. The Microsoft documentation says the server name should be \sqlexpress, but i get this message "A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
