Hi there everyone,

My boss wants me to set up a client database in excel that lists all our
clients, this would need to be able to notify us of clients birthdays at the
right time, so we can either email them or phone them. Does anyone know how
to do this?!? I am stuck and need help ASAP!!!!

Thanks

Sarah

Suggest you post in Excel Newsgroup.  It can be done in Access but if you
don't know Access, you need to get a basic book.

Why not just put them as annually recurring items in Outlook's calendar,
with a 10-day reminder set on each?  Keep it simple!

Oh, and this is an Access Database discussion forum anyway...

You can easily do it in Accsss if that is what you want. A single
table would be enough.
Flagging birthdays is a little bit more complicated/
