Hi,
I'm trying to set up a database for a property rental company. I need it to include addresses, owner, owner's details (email address and phone number), hyperlinks to webpages on our website and as much other information as possible. Can anyone suggest how to do this, what program to use? Any advice?!!?!? Hello Sarah,
There are infinite number ways of approaching. Let's assume that by posting here you want to use Access and build it yourself. Step 1 wold be to learn Access at least a little. Step 2 Create a new table in design view, make fields for all of those items that you listed. Make them all text type except "hyperlink" type for your hyperlink field. Then make an Autonumber type field named "PropertyNumber". Enter a few records. Step 3 Using wizards experiment with making and using queries, forms and reports that use your table as a data source.
